• How do I book time with an expert?
    • We are here to make it easy to connect. When you find an expert available for your activity simply select the time and the date, number of attendees and click the “Book Now” button.
  • Where do I meet an expert I’ve booked?
    • The meeting place will often be in the listing description, but if not, don’t worry. We will provide you with the expert’s number to ensure a smooth meet-up.
  • How much does it cost?
    • We are here to help connect people to do what they love and, in most cases, this means time with a twintip expert allows you to save on a lesson and enjoy a more customised experience. The expected tip will be outlined in the listing by the expert you book. 
    • IF AFTER – The default tip will be charged after your meetup occurs but if you loved your experience you are welcome to tip more! If you are dissatisfied with your experience chat to us at help@twintip.com and we will try to make it right!
  • How do reviews work?
    • Use the reviews to help you decide which expert can help you best for your desired activity. This may be tips on technique or simply where to ski or surf!
    • Once you’ve completed your meetup, we encourage you to leave a review. This will help ensure the best experience for others.

  • How do I sign up?
    • Go to the twintip.com home page and click “Become an expert” in the top right drop down. Fill out the registration and list details about your time and activity. 
    • Don’t forget to complete steps 2 & 3 (adding your profile picture and editing your availability)
  • What should I include in my listing?
    • Make sure you clearly outline what activity, location and meetup structures you may be able to offer. This might be anything from giving beginners tips to guiding a tourist around the best beaches, breaks or ski runs.
  • How do I change my availability?
    • Whilst your listing and profile is active you must ensure your availability is also up to date. This prevents cancelations and stops users from leaving you a bad review.
    • You can edit your availability 7 days in advanced by clicking on your  profile drop down and selecting “Booking Availability”
  • How do I know if I’ve been booked?
    • If a user books time with you through the platform, you will be notified by email. We will also follow up with a phone call to ensure a smooth process.
  • Where do I meet the user for the meetup?

We will provide you with users contact details to ensure the meetup goes smoothly. If you can’t connect or are having trouble please contact us at help@twintip.com or via the phone number in your confirmation email.
